Author of bestselling book "Lala Company" published by HarperCollins, Rajiv founded Reverentia after 34 years working with India's leading industrialists, MNCs, and family enterprises.

His career spans leadership roles at Reliance Industries, Shriram Group, Honda Cars, and Tricolite Electrical Industries—a legacy family business.

An IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, has 40+ years of industry experience. He retired as SVP & Director at Honda Cars in 2019, and held senior roles at JK Tyres, Escorts, Motherson, and Honda Nigeria.

He has served on the boards of SIAM, FICCI (Rajasthan), RIICO, NIT Delhi, and Punjab Technical University. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor at ASDC and actively mentors MSMEs through the MDP for family businesses.

Rajeev Bhaskar Sahi
