Rajiv Gupta

Author of bestselling book "Lala Company" published by HarperCollins, Rajiv founded Reverentia after 34 years working with India's leading industrialists, MNCs, and family enterprises.

His career spans leadership roles at Reliance Industries, Shriram Group, Honda Cars, and Tricolite Electrical Industries—a legacy family business.

Unparalleled Expertise:

An alumnus of BITS Pilani (Engineering), FMS Delhi (MBA), and Harvard Business School's General Management Program, Rajiv brings rare insight into what drives—and derails—family businesses.

He has served on the boards of SIAM, FICCI (Rajasthan), RIICO, NIT Delhi, and Punjab Technical University. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor at ASDC and actively mentors MSMEs through the MDP for family businesses.

Rajeev Bhaskar Sahi
